About Me
I have been working in a boarding facility with dogs and cats for over a year and it has been a dream come true but I am looking to be able to create my own schedule pet sitting. I am looking to work for someone by coming to their home (I can not have any pets coming to mine to avoid stressing my cats out) to take care of them during the day while you are at work. I can also occasionally do over night care if its only up 1-2 weeks. I adore the company of animals and being able to take care of, comfort, and play with them while their parents are away. Animals are my biggest passion and I want to love yours like I love my own fur children! Keeping them happy & safe is my biggest priority. My own pets include 2 cats (11 & 16 yrs) and a Pitbull terrier (3 yrs)

What My Responsibilities Included
I supervise dogs in doggie daycare to assure that they are safe and having a blast. I was trained how to read dogs body language and see the difference in appropriate and inappropriate play and redirect as necessary. I also spend time giving love and playing with the cats that stayed with us. I am responsible for feeding and giving medications as well. Working here I've met pets of many different personalities, breeds,energy levels, and love them all and know how to meet their needs. I would say I am very good with nervous & fearful reactive dogs as well and know that being nurturing, patient, & giving space as needed goes a long way.

Grooming Experience
I do not know how to cut hair, but can do baths, nails, brushing, ear cleaning & teeth brushing for 17$ per pet. This includes dogs or cats.

I would never bring my own dog to a sitting without pet parent permission, but if you are comfortable and would like it my dog is very good and sweet with all dogs big & small. He always comes to work with me and other dogs love playing with him. Also we visit the dog park constantly and after building a relationship with your dog(s) I could take them too during a sitting. He is the kind of dog to avoid confrontation and backs off immediately if a dog does end up growling or snapping at him. I would be more than happy to show you some videos I have of him playing with puppies, big or small dogs. (like even chihuahua size dogs) and we could schedule a meet & greet first of course :)
