I've had a love for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, every hour I had was spent exploring outside or playing with the many pets that we had. Most pets were rescues from various organizations. The variety of personalities and backgrounds were as varied as the species we had. We've had rodents, rabbits, cats, large dogs, and exotic species of lizards, snakes, and parrots. With my love for animals, I decided to dedicate my time to a wildlife rehabilitation center as a volunteer and work-study student for eight years. My work there included general care and cleaning, administration of medicine, exercise and much more. In addition to that, I've also had a lots of jobs pet sitting. They range from a once a day stop to feed and exercise to overnight stays. My experience pet sitting has allowed me to work with dogs (large and small), cats, birds, goats, turtles, and chickens. No task is too large, whether it be a lot of pets or a hobby farm on the property. I have extensive training in the safe handling and care of a variety of species and most of all I love animals and any chance to work with them.
