Brittany S. Pet Care Provider in New Richmond, WI 54017

For around five years now, I have been a caregiver. My past experiences have been predominately with children and pets, but I am also currently employed at the New Richmond Deerfield, where I am fortunate to work with our aging community. I am first aid/CPR/AED qualified. As a pet carer, I have worked with both large and small dogs. Recently, I worked with two adult German Shepherds; I tended to their needs such as feeding, cleaning, walking, and keeping them happy. One of the German Shepherds had special pills and procedures that needed to be taken care of, to which I was able to help willing to make sure he was happy and healthy. A few years ago I pet sat my best friend’s four finches, which included feeding and cleaning up after them. I believe I started to pet sit because I love animals. It has always been my dream to work with our fuzzy/scaly/feathery companions and just helping them when they need it. Personally, I had a dog and a cat growing up but both have passed, and since then I have not really had that companionship in my life and I think it’s just a wonderful thing to have. I became a pet sitter, also, because I did not want people to worry about their companion being in discomfort or stress and rather, I could help relieve some of the stress that comes with owning a pet. My love and compassion for helping animals is definitely something that puts me above the crowd and I believe my hardworking and ability/willingness to learn is what makes me such a great care provider.
