I consider myself a long time compassionate & caring animal person. In my lifetime I have been both privileged & extremely fortunate to have had 5 lifelong pets as members of my family. I've never had children, so my pets have always been "my babies" I've had a deep love for each of them. My 1st 4 babies were dogs; My first, Brandy lived to be 12. I was blessed to have my Taylor with me for 15 yrs, & her sister sweet Aspen "my peanut" passed after 12 yrs. Lastly, there is Miss Jasper, who is almost 9, she lives with her dad. And then there's my Ziggy Star, my awesome cat who came into my life 2 yrs ago. I never knew I could love this sweet furry creature as I do! She's got a plethora of nick names already. She is my baby, I can't imagine not having her in my life. So, as you can see, I truly love my pets💛 My dogs were raised from puppies, & I Zigs was a kitten when I got her. She's been a perfect fit in our family, her care came very natural for me! I would love to have the opportunity to care for your cats! My dream job would have been to work at a veterinary clinic, just to be around animals..so when I saw this opening, looking for someone to care for their fur babies, I knew immediately this is something I would love to do! I am a reliable & responsible, caring person who would care for your pets as I would & have my own. As I mentioned, my pets were all raised & trained as babies. They were potty trained, learned to eat only their food, also trained to know their yard, so they never wandered & enjoyed the outdoors with no worries for us. My Ziggy Star was also trained as a kitten, she took easily to her litter box. She was introduced to moist food, which she liked for awhile, but her preference is dry food. She has free access to our home, she loves to look out the windows & cackle to the birds & squirrels. Well, I hope this gives you some insight as to how I feel about animals of all kinds, my pets; & having the opportunity to be able to care for your family pets, your cats.
