Hello,

My name is Joy, I'm 55 years old year, and retired. I've been a dog owner for 25 years. My friends call me the dog whisperer because of the genuine love that I give to my pets, and my friends pets.

I have a loving 11 year old Pug who is the pride, and joy of my life. We go for daily walks, and trips in the car, (on my lap of course) to McDonald's for coffee in the morning, and then a drive around the neighborhood.

Years ago, my best friend and I, built a cat shelter on the east side of Milwaukee. We trapped farrow cats, and took them to the shelter where we nurtured them, and got them ready to go to families who loved cats. We saved over 100 cats.

I love walking dogs, giving them baths or just a simple check-in for a special hug, and some good belly scratching!

We absolutely loved having Joy as our babysitter. She was with us for 2.5 years; the only reason that she's not currently with us is because she moved too far away :(

Joy is reliable, trustworthy, honest, and an all around great person. She was very active with our kids and was always on the ground playing with them and having fun. We introduced a newborn to the mix after Joy had been with us for about a year and she did phenomenal.

We required early mornings and some late evenings and Joy was always able to accommodate our needs. She is a safe driver as well and we trusted her with driving our kids to and from daycare. She truly is a gem and we'd highly recommend her to anyone!

We interviewed Joy by phone and live. Checked references and got a positive recommendation. We had mutual agreement she would be our Summer Nanny. 1 week before start of summer, texted and called several times to set a schedule with no response, leaving us without a Nanny. Very disappointed in how Joy handled this situation, with 2 days to find a replacement!!
