Hi!! My name is Emma and I'm 21 years old. I'm a junior at Earlham, so my classes during the week do take up a bit of my time, but I am really interested in finding a consistent position. I've been working with kids since I was still one myself. I started babysitting and working in nurseries when I was about 10 years old, starting out with my little cousins. I never got tired of it, I love hanging out with kids, talking to them, teaching them new things, etc. It's so important to me that I can create a safe space for the children I interact with, I always try my best to be a kind and comfortable person to talk to. I have three nephews and a niece that I love more than anything, and I never get tired of spending time with them, as I just love Read more kids, and I am also very interested I'm child development. I have also worked as a substitute teacher over at Richmond Friends School and I loved it more than anything, especially being able to form bonds with the kids even though I was just a substitute.
