Hi, my name is Ariadne L. and I am a bilingual junior majoring in animal science at Mt. San Antonio Community College. I have had experience with babysitting, house sitting and pet sitting for 6 years. I have babysat for 5 reoccurring families before and watched a group of kids at a party once. The youngest I have watched was a 2-year-old and the eldest a 13-year-old. I also had to babysit for a family with 1 baby boy, a toddler boy, and a toddler girl for 3 weeks for about 4-5 hours each day. I had to help with feeding, bathing, taking the baby and the other 2 children on walks, and playing with the children. Babysitting for me usually includes the tasks of cooking, cleaning, helping with homework, playing with the children and getting them ready for bed. I consider myself to be an energetic, artistic/crafty, confident and Read more responsible person. I seem to have some kind of kid magnet, that attracts kids no matter where I’m at so kids will automatically start talking to me and playing with me, which makes the job easier. I originally started babysitting because my mom is a teacher and has many parents looking for baby sitters so naturally, that’s how I started babysitting. Starting June I will be available all day until the end of August when I start school again. I hope to find a family that I can babysit for or nanny for over the summer.
