I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being part of their development. Every child is unique, and I find it rewarding to build trust with them, engage in creative play, and help create a safe, fun environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. It's meaningful to know that I'm helping support a family and contributing to a child's happiness and routine. I have experience caring for children of various ages, from toddlers to pre-teens, both in private homes and in group settings. I’ve worked as a swim instructor, lifeguard manager, and RA, which have all involved high levels of responsibility, safety awareness, and communication with kids and their parents. My roles have included supervising play, assisting with meals, managing nap times, and ensuring safety at all times. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, with strong emergency response training through my job as a Read more lifeguard. I have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to each child’s needs. I’m also skilled in conflict resolution, time management, and maintaining routines in a structured yet fun way.
