Hello! My name is Hailey. I'm 24 years old and graduated from UIUC in 2020 with a BS in Developmental Psychology! I have 10+ years of experience in childcare; I have worked as an ABA therapist for children with autism, an intern at a counseling center and have been babysitting since I was very young. I am very passionate about childcare, inclusivity and making sure every child has an equal opportunity to achieve greatness and feel cared for!
