Hello, I am an Early Childhood Education Major planning to graduate in just a few short weeks. The past 6 months I have worked in a kindergarten setting as a student teacher in the Elkhart School. It has given me a lot of knowledge about young children and what is developmentally appropriate for them while also helping me improve my own skills. The last two and a half I have been a nanny for a family of twins and prior to this I was a nanny for a family with three young children. During this time, I transported the children to and from school, helped assist around the house, and helped maintain their daily routine. I have documentation of background checks provided through my university and the state of Indiana. I am also working on myCPR certification and plan to become first aid certified as well.
