Hello! My name is Irene and I have been working with children for over 16 years. I am a very fun and energetic individual who enjoys and appreciates children and their curiosity for the world. I have been working with children of all ages for over 16 yrs. I have a Bachelors degree in early childhood, I am Montessori trained, CPR and first aide certified. I am looking for opportunities to work after my primary job. I mainly just have availability for occasional sits. I do not do any extra housework but I am happy to clean up after your child with anything they used during the time they were under my care, this includes dishes, bottles, etc. I have been fully vaccinated!

Great with the kiddos. Was fun and speaks right away to the kiddos. Also clear and firm with boundaries, so they know she’s the one in charge. Great at keeping them on track for the evening and guiding the course of their time together!

Irene helped our family out while we were vacationing and she was amazing! Our son is 1 yr old and he enjoyed his time with her and could tell she is very comfortable and great with kids even younger ones! Irene is calm, caring and trustworthy. She did a fantastic job jumping in and tackling his bedtime routine and our son stayed right on track with his sleep schedule so we could enjoy some evenings out. I would highly recommend Irene!!

My three year old daughter is extremely shy and I was nervous about having a stranger spend the evening with her in a hotel room. I was worried that my daughter would cling to me and cry, which is her typical M.O. As soon as Irene walked into our room, she got down on her knees and asked my daughter some questions and my daughter looked her right in the eyes and spoke to her. I was floored. Irene made my daughter feel comfortable and it was truly incredible to see. They kept talking and I had to say "bye" to my daughter three times before she even realized that I was leaving. When I got home five+ hours later, my daughter was fast asleep after a full evening of playing with Irene. I cannot sing the praises of Irene enough. I wish I lived in the area so that I could hire her more often!

Irene is outstanding! She has cared for our 2-year-old multiple times for date nights, and she is his favorite sitter. He always tells us excitedly about playing with "Ms. Irene" the next day. She's engaging and cheerful and great with communication.

I havent left my 18 month old with a babysitter in a while so i was a bit apprehensive but Irene was wonderful with both my kids. She kept them engaged indoors with their toys, lego, games and coloring books. My 4 year cant wait to have her back. Thanks Irene! :)
