I am a preschool teacher who recently graduated from Grinnell College as a Gender/Women's/Sexuality Studies (GWSS) major and American Studies concentrator. Although I wasn’t born in New Orleans, I was raised here. I’ve worked at St. Martin’s Summer Camp as a group leader, at the Jewish Community Center as a head counselor, at Trinity Episcopal School as a pre-K/K substitute teacher, and at the Isidore Newman School as an aftercare teacher. I have the most experience with children ages 3 through 5, but I have worked with kids ages 1 through 14. In 2021, a Boston family of 7 (two parents, one infant, twin two year olds and two dogs) hired me from Sittercity, and I relocated to Boston to nanny for their family for a few months because they needed additional childcare while quarantining. I understand that we are still living in a pandemic with the new threat of Read more monkeypox, so I am willing to take whatever precautions necessary to ensure the safety of all children and families I come in contact with. Animals don't bother me! I love dogs, and I like cats. I enjoy reading, writing, dancing, and going on walks. I do speak a little Spanish, but I do not drive. (Currently working on obtaining a license!)
