Hello, it is so nice to "meet" you! Please allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. I am currently 23 years old, I attend graduate school online, and I am in my second year of teaching middle/high school special education. I will be relocating to Austin in June and am currently exploring the idea of becoming a nanny full time! I first stepped foot into the childcare field when I was in elementary school. My aunt owned a full time daycare and I would occasionally ride the bus to her house to "help" her (let's be honest, I really just wanted to hold the sweet babies). I began my first paid childcare gig when I was in 7th grade, and haven't stopped since! Throughout high school, I helped at my aunts daycare and babysat for a number of families in my community, including my school's superintendent. My Read more time as a special education teacher has allowed me to work firsthand with children with various physical, developmental, learning, and intellectual disabilities. I also worked as a life guard and swim teacher throughout high school and college, so I am well trained in CPR and first aid for all ages. I can provide your child/children with swimming lessons if that is something that you would be interested in. Additionally, I adore pets of all sorts and would be more than happy to help around the house when needed. I have a clean driving record and no criminal history.
