Hello!  —> Currently I am looking for occasional night/weekend sitting. I love children and I have a vast background of child care experience! For over 20 years I have been caring for children of all ages and I can provide several excellent references. I have cared for children as young as 3 days old on up to junior high age.  I have been a full time nanny for the same family for the last 8 years. When I started there were two children (2 years and 7 weeks), now there are three and they are 10, 8 & 6. I love playing with kids outdoors and in, I follow family's routines and enforce house rules and discipline.  I enjoy taking children places, I have safe-reliable transportation, insurance and a clean driving record, as well as background. I am healthy and reliable, I don't get sick very often. I am mature, well Read more spoken, trustworthy and responsible. I love schedules, but I also don't mind the normal chaos of life!   I love playing, reading, going for walks, playing games and experiencing life with little kids.  I am a professional at having fun! I am a big believer that learning happens everywhere and I try to take advantage of every opportunity.  It's so much fun seeing kids' faces light up and when you can just see the little wheels turning in their heads.  I am organized and I believe in structure.  I think children should have a routine, I believe it helps them thrive in their development. I love doing crafts, I worked at Michaels for over 10 years, so I am extremely familiar with many different arts and crafts for all ages. I think children's days should be filled with fun, imagination, creativity and silliness! Turning the couch into a fort, finger painting, dressing up, finding a new park to discover, baking cookies, going for a walk, storytime at the library, a trip to the zoo and sitting down for some quiet (age appropriate) work/reading would be a normal week with me for a toddler! A normal day with an infant would include following the child's feeding and sleeping schedule, cuddling, playing, reading, tummy time, a walk outside and dancing around to some fun music! * I am fully vaccinated
