Hello! My name is Maggie and I have been a babysitter since I was 12 years old. What sparked my love for taking care of children was the birth of my youngest sister. I was 9 years old when she was born and I immediately latched to her and that’s when I started taking care of babies. I have 2 years of experience working in a professional childcare in the Infant and Toddler rooms so that has also furthered my training and experience in the childcare field. I have my bachelors in psychology and I also completed an additional EDU 119 class that taught me the basics of teaching, how to write lesson plans, classroom management, and the rules and regulations in most childcares. A fun fact about me is that I have been riding and showing horses since I was about 18 months old, I competed on my college’s Read more equestrian team and was in the top 12 in the nation my junior year, and I have also taught horseback riding lessons for some summer camps. With my free time I love to travel when I can and I enjoy spending time with my loved ones. However, I do enjoy relaxing at home with a good movie or binge watching a good show.
