Lulu (Maria) has been our nanny for 2 years. She is excellent! She has taught our daughter so much (including numbers, colors, shapes and so much more) in Spanish. Spanish is her native language, however, I never had any problems with communication. She is very flexible, patient and caring. As a first time mom it was very helpful to have someone with her experience and knowledge about all the stages of infancy and toddlerhood. She was such a huge asset to my family. You won't be disappointed!

I interviewed Lulu and if she wasn't allergic to cats, she'd be caring for my son right now!

Maria's loving manner and dedication exceeded all expectations. Both of my kids love her and are grateful to her. Maria taught my oldest fluent Spanish, good behavior, to be respectful to others, and personal care. She is also knowledgeable about the different stages that babies and toddlers go through from birth, plays and activities that are age-appropriate, potty training techniques, and so much more.

Caring, responsible nanny. My son loved her to pieces. Very attentive to baby's needs and development, recorded milestones and daily activities. Excellent with a new born. Her English is not so great so would be best fit with a Spanish speaking family or parents looking for Spanish immersion to encourage bilingualism. Also helped around the house when baby was sleeping but was very good about prioritizing the baby (which was my preference).

Maria was very nice over the phone. Unfortunately, she showed up 20 minutes late to the interview, and we weren't able to meet. I re-arranged my schedule later in the day to meet with her and she never showed up! She only responded to my text later that she wasn't able to make it again today. Pretty inconsiderate.
