When I was in high school I took a child development course learning how to properly communicate with a child, or how most tantrums are because then need something but don’t know how to word it properly. I’ve come to love working with kids. With the kids I’ve taken care of most have learned to take a breather when needed, showing them respect can go a long way and it can break habits like throwing things or yelling.
