We hired her based on experience and set the expectations on hours and schedule. She neglected to mention her anxiety/panic issues when out in public or working longer than 6hrs. We had an incident on her first day which I tried to be understanding and accommodating. However, she started getting antsy about why she’s working 8/9 hrs even though it was scheduled and we discussed her hours during the interview. She should’ve been upfront with her issues to prevent this situation, not to mention the cost of hiring process. She claimed being unable to work outside of her home and 6hrs was too long of a work day. WTH
