I am currently in the Masters program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at NDSU. I had an internship with the early Head Start Preschool Program in Valley City while I was doing my undergrad. I have always been around children as I have many younger cousin and was always needed to babysit them when no one else could. I have babysat since high school for a couple families when I was not busy with sports. I think family is important and yes, I include pets as family. I love babysitting because children are just so innocent and sweet. I want to work with children who have impairments or things that do not make them "normal" in my line of work after obtaining my master's degree. I feel like every child deserves to be treated with love and care no matter what makes them different from others.
