Ghosted me after she didn’t show up for a scheduled interview. She seemed very sweet in conversation, but unreliable and very poor (nonexistent) communication. Luckily it was just the interview she didn’t show up for, but had this been a scheduled time to babysit while I worked, I would have been in a bind.
