I've been caring for children since I was 12 years old. I've had paid babysitting jobs and a full time nanny job in the past. I've worked at a daycare center, raised my sister since she was 11 years old (she's now 25 :)) and now have my own two children that I've been raising as a single Mom. My formal education includes my doctor of chiropractic degree from which I previously worked as a chiropractor for about 10 years. When I was pregnant with my son I decided to take some time off from this profession and have been a nanny for the past year. When I was going through the licensing process I did complete First-Aid and CPR certifications and have clean background checks. My driving record is also clear and I have a valid, up to date drivers license and minivan. My daughter will be starting second Read more grade at the end of August and my son is 2.5 and is at home with me. He is a very easy-going, happy boy who loves interacting with other children, smiling and playing all day. We live within walking distance of a park and library which we frequent often. We love being outdoors and exploring different parks, walking trails, kids events and enjoy indoor activities such as reading, playing games, playing dress up, singing silly songs and just having fun. I am a non-smoker and we do not have any pets in our home, although we do enjoy being around animals. I am ideally looking for someone who needs help with one or two children and who is comfortable bringing their child/children to my home. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!
