I'm a social worker currently working with school-aged children, and I have experience and specialized training focused on trauma and its effects on children and families, child development, and strengths-based approaches to supporting children’s mental health. I've been babysitting since I was 13, when I earned my American Red Cross Babysitting Certification at a hospital near my hometown, and have experience with kids of all ages, abilities, and temperaments. My kids, even my very shy 2-year old, were immediately comfortable with Veronica and that is saying a lot since my 2-year old does not warm up to new people easily. Veronica did a great job juggling three kids who can be quite a handful. I would recommend her and would hire her again!
