Hi! My name is Kiera, I just recently graduated from The University of Cincinnati, receiving my bachelors degree in Psychology. I interviewed Kiera & thought she would make a great addition to our family. We offered her a flat rate due to the varying hours during the 4 days a week. Our son has a lot of appointments and didn’t want to short her money due to him having so many appointments some weeks. so she would be paid regardless if she worked or not. she accepted the rate and said she would start 9/1. received a text stating she found another job to further her career. i logged into sitter city to look for another babysitter and found that Kiera updated her profile and her rate so she’s still looking for a job. I am highly disappointed. If it was the rate then a conversation could have been had. now i’m off to find another baby sitter.
