I have been babysitting and volunteering with kids since I was practically a child myself. As an adult, I worked as a teacher in an urban public school system in Massachusetts for about 3 and a half years, teaching kids from age pre-k up to 5th grade, with and without disabilities. I also have experience working in a charter school in Rhode Island. I have done a lot of volunteer work, from working in assisted living homes, churches, to working with pets. I am certified as an early childhood teacher and am also a licensed social worker. I love working with children and meeting new people as well as taking care of indoor chores around the house. In my free time, I'm a huge pet lover, I love seasonal decorating, spending time outdoors, cooking and writing.
