Hello! My name is Kayla and I have experience working with children in various settings! I previously worked in a pre-school, so I am CPR and First Aid certified. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders and I teach English to ESL students from Beijing early in the morning. I love nannying because I learn just as much from the kids as I think they do from me! I find positive reinforcement in children is the key to success! I am very hands on and enjoy being interactive with the children and babies, I find they love it too! When the weather is warm I enjoy taking the kids/babies out to the park, on a walk, to ride their bikes/scooters and when it is too cold for those activities we can play board games, card games, arts and crafts, reading and creative play (depending on the Read more age group).
