Melina was good with my kids the few times she actually came, but then she canceled on me a lot last minute (more than 3 times) and the reasons kept changing (school things, family emergencies, being sick, car problems, trips out of town, forgetting about her schedule etc). One day when she couldn't come because of car problems, I even offered to pay an uber/give her a ride and she did not accept, then all of a sudden she told me she had too many classes/work and wasn't available anymore. Yes, life happens, but you also need to learn time management and to not commit to things that you cannot do.
