Caitlin is an amazing nanny. I worked from home while Caitlin cared for my baby and now toddler. She was always attentive and caring. She would engage my son with different play time activities. Lots of times she had developmentally age appropriate toys of her own that she'd bring for Hudson and her to play with. I could hear what a great time he was having with her. He never fussed or cried. There was always laughter and the TV was never on! I loved this. My son loves hanging with Caitlin and I can tell Caitlin really loves him back. ❤
