I am a 20 year old junior at Bryan College pursuing a degree in Exercise and health Science. I am a member of the woman's basketball program at Bryan and have played sports all my life. I I've been providing babysitting/nanny services for eight years now and have held multiple positions dealing with child care. I worked with the YMCA at their after school program while living in Massachusetts and have also worked at multiple summer camps for the past 5 years mostly with elementary aged kids. I was a live in nanny for a year for a family with three beautiful children.I have the most experience with elementary/middle school aged children but have worked with children from newborn to eighteen years old. I've also worked closely with special needs kids and was a nanny for a child with autism as well as his two brothers for three summers. I Read more can honestly say that it was the most rewarding job I have ever held. I have taken multiple classes that are geared towards teaching and caring for special needs children. I have also taken multiple safety and first aid classes and courses. I am also CPR certified. I have always connected so well with children and love being with them. I have always wanted a career that has to do with children and making a difference in their life. I plan to pursue a career in teaching or coaching or both after graduation. Making a difference and making children happy brings so much joy into my life.
