I am a mother of two who are independent now but they can acknowledge I am a great Mom. I was a good mom because when my daughter was little I took several child development courses at NDSU. I also took a few courses in the community also so I could be the best Mom I could be. I was so grateful I took all of those classes because raising my children was so much easier knowing all the things that can help when raising a child. Then when Ben's brother was born I started watching him when he was a week old. I enjoyed my time with the boys very much, from playing with cars and putting big puzzles together, to rocking and singing, reading books from the start of their childhood. I did not charge much money I started out at 7dollars an hr. because it was more important to me to have a job I loved. I have worked with two other families in the Minneapolis area and have about 10 years experience getting paid jobs. I would love to make it several more years.
