Scott C.

My son was born prematurely in February of 2016. Because of his immaturity he development Broncho pulmonary Dysplasia (BDP) or in basic terms he has very immature lungs. Because of his weak lungs he had to have a tracheotomy and a G-tube operation. He does require 24/7 ventilator support and trach care. He has been assigned a home health nurse since 2 caregivers are required at all times to care for him. He is currently in the transitional care unit of the hospital and will be able to come home once his home nurses are assigned. In this role you will be required to undergo hospital directed trach care & changing along with full ventilator training. This training will have to be conducted in the hospital over the course of 30 days. The continued employment would be contingent upon you successfully passing the hospital training classes. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, caring and most of all dependable under normal circumstances.
