I am a certified teacher and have taught Russian and English both in Alaska(11 years) and in Moscow, Russia (10 years). While in Moscow, I worked as a live -out governess and private teacher. In 2015, I returned to Alaska where I have been teaching Russian at two small schools just outside Homer. When I'm not in the classroom, I'm probably out training for my next event. I am also a professional distance runner and am very fit, so I don't mind playing outside and being active with children.
