I've been fingerprinted and background checked for my job in child care. I intern in a special education classroom with children who are nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. I have worked in a child center at a fitness center for 3 years. I watch kids from ages 3 months to 11 years. I also work the summer camp which is for kids 4 years old through 12 years old. At the summer camp we play gym games, swim, and rock climb. We also do arts and crafts which is one of my favorite things to do. I go on field trips off-site with the camp and am responsible for up to 7 campers at one time. My favorite things to do with kids are arts and crafts, playing outside, and reading. I am able to help with homework if needed.
