I am a mother of three children of my own, that are teenagers now. I have two older step children that have families of their own. I've been married for almost 20 years. Family is most important to me, so when I enter a families home, I take great care with everything that I do. Children need a balance of physical activity as well as mental stimulation that can be super fun. I am an excellent cook as well. I believe in eating wholesome nutritious meals while you are young will help when you become an adult.
