I am qualified for this job because on a daily basis I take care of about 45 kids, many of them with different disabilities. When I first started working there, it was just a job but then I figured out that I am a caregiver. I put my heart and soul into taking care of those children and I have a special bond with each and every one of them. And because of that I am having a hard time looking for another job, I love them so much but the hours and pay are just not enough for me to get by.
