I have worked with developmentally disabled adults and children for 10 years through Mid-Step Services. Positions ranged from dietary aide, direct care, supervisor, to QIDP (Program Coordinator in short). I am currently working with youth K-8th grades through ISU Extension and Outreach doing 4-H clubs and enrichment activities. I am looking for part-time evening hours allowing me to continue working with the children of our community providing skill development and an overall positive upbringing. I have to degrees through Morningside College, training in CPR/First Aide, and CPI/Mandt training (proper behavior deescalation techniques). I love working with children and adults and the learning from others.
