I am a 23-year-old recent graduate of Grand Valley State University with a master's degree in occupational therapy. I am looking to help out a family while I am studying for my national board exam and am unable to start my full time job hunt. I have been working with children from the time I was 5 years old as the oldest of 5 children. I have worked in numerous capacities working with both typically developing children and children with special needs. My most recent experience was a job as an ABA technician working in the home of a 17 yr old boy with ASD for over a year. I have also been employed as an adolescent residential care provider in a locked facility for children with behavioral and mental health difficulties. I am CPI and CPR/First Aid certified.
