I am a senior in the Family & Human Services program at the U of O and am looking forward to graduating in June! I am taking next year off of school to travel and work, and then will be perusing a grad. program in non-profit administration. At the age of 11 I was certified by the red cross as a babysitter. During the summer of 2010 I nannied for one 8 yr. old boy and 6 yr. old girl. The summer after I nannied for two families, one set of twin boys 6 years old, and two sisters, one was 9 and the other 4. I have worked at multiple child care centers both in Sherwood and Eugene OR. I have had ample experience watching infants from as young as 2 weeks old. I enjoy engaging with children through fun activities such as baking, crafting, and outdoor activities. I Read more spent three months in Cambodia at an orphanage where I was a full time teacher. I taught students 5-13 yrs. old. Currently, I am an intern with a social worker at one of the 4J elementary schools in Eugene.
