Hello, my name is Jacqueline Caruso. I am a 46 year old single mom, who has worked with children from the ages of 8 weeks to 25 years old in various jobs. I have twenty three years’ experience. During my college years, I started working as a Childcare Worker for families with children who had special needs, and then as a 1:1 para with autistic children. After graduation I went to work for a NYC Board of Education pre-K program. A few years later I moved to Pennsylvania and became a Residential Advisor in a Job Corp program. I have loved every experience I have had. I have also been a teacher in a day treatment program, TSS for autistic children, and then a Program Manager of an Early Intervention program. After having my first and only child in 2007, I returned to work as a Group Supervisor in the Read more Infant/Toddler room at a daycare. Due to a relocation a few years later, I became a cook in a daycare program. After 3 years there was a change in management. Working at my previous job became stressful and unpleasant. I now find myself looking, once again, for a new place to work. I have all of my clearances. I am certified in pediatric cpr & first aid and can provide excellent references.
