I have been a babysitter and nanny for the past five years. Further, I was a lead teacher at a 2yo to 12yo daycare. I have worked with an infant who has epilepsy, a toddler who has asperger, and a child who had a form of ALS disease. I have worked with hundreds of children and kids as a nanny, teacher, and babysitter. I would love to continue my passion to work with children and care for them. EXPLORE, CREATE, AND PLAY: I care a lot about the well-being and attention of the children I nanny. I love to do crafts, play games (especially outside), and create fun and engaging activities that children love. I am all about creativity and making sure children have fun. TV has never been and will not be on my to-do list with children but I also know when children need to just chill and Read more relax after a busy day. SAFETY COMES FIRST is my number one priority for all children. I am a respectful and responsible Nanny as I do set in rules and expectations for all children. I believe this is healthy and safe for kids to know and understand rules and it will create a better relationship between the children and I as they know what they expect from me. ALLOW AUTONOMY: I strongly believe it is just as important for children to listen to me as it is for me to listen to them. I am a strong believer in giving children the freedom to make necessary decisions for themselves. I teach children that choices and decisions all have consequences good and bad and allow them to make it even if that means they will slip up. Mistakes are good for children as long as they will still be safe and not harmed from it. I hope you consider me and I will make sure your child(ren) will be safe but also will enjoy his/her/their time with me and have a lot of fun.
