I am a full-time social worker and looking to babysit part-time, or on an as-needed basis. My experience with children is both personal and professional: I have two children of my own, and have also worked with children in a variety of capacities. I currently volunteer as a respite caregiver for two families who have a child with developmental delays. My full-time job is in child welfare, and I am currently working on my master's degree at Pitt. Prior to working in child welfare, I taught sixth grade, and before that I was a part-time nanny for approximately nine months. I enjoy children of all ages, have current clearances, am CPR certified, and also have experience caring for children with special needs. I am not experienced with medically fragile children. I like to play games, spend time outside, and watch movies during down-time when I babysit (not a fan of Read more regular television, but respect any household routines).
