Hello! I am Justine Langas, a sophomore at South Dakota School of Mines and technology as of fall 2016. I am officially moving to Rapid City summer and I am searching for a fun, reliable job! I am the youngest of 3 girls who grew up with a very lovable and influential summer nanny. Experiencing firsthand the impact that one person can create over 2 or 3 months’ time, I understand how very important it is to find the perfect match for your children, so I only apply for jobs in which I truly believe I can perform to my full potential. I have 6 years of experience in child care and have worked with children ages 6 months to 14 years old, as well as a couple special needs children. I also was a swim instructor for HRCA rec centers from 2012 to 2013. I have a wide variety of interests, most of which involve the outdoors. I love to hike, bike, swim, and play volleyball, as I am on the SD Mines volleyball team. I have learned how manage time between long weekends away at competition and inconvenient practice times that truly have adapted me for an on-the-go lifestyle. Volleyball has allowed me to become increasingly involved with the community in Rapid City, volunteering at local middle schools and with the Love Inc. organization.
