I have been babysitting since I was a child. I have a little sister who is 11 and a half years younger than me that I helped raise for 7 years until I went to college. During the summer of 2013, I took care of a little boy who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. His mother needed someone who could work nights and early mornings and weekends while she worked at a hospital. A few times I babysat another little boy who also has Autism Spectrum Disorder but more severe. Majority of the time he was a danger to others and himself. The most children I ever babysat by myself were six from ages 1 to 9. From May 2015 to August 2016 I volunteered in a nursery at my church, Southland Christian Church, taking care of children from ages 3 months old to 3 years olds.
