Hi there! My name is Molly, I am currently pursuing my Masters in Social Work at CSU. I graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies. My work experience is varied but always includes working with kiddos. Most recently I worked in child welfare in Vermont. I have also spent time working in childcare centers as an infant teacher and a toddler teacher. I have been babysitting and nannying (live in and live out) for over 10 years, so I figured that this would be an excellent way to supplement my studies. I have experience working with children with trauma, emotional disorders and developmental disorders.

Molly is an amazing, intelligent, responsible and loving young woman. She embraced our family and our daughter right from the start. She loves babies and it was very clear very quickly that she and our daughter would bond. Molly is mature way beyond her years. Even our neighbors would often comment on how lucky we were to have such an amazing person taking care of our kids. I cannot recommend Molly highly enough and would be happy to speak to anyone who considered hiring her in the future. We hope she'll come back next summer and nanny for us again!
