me and dad are full-time workers. I am a pharmacy technician. His dad is a truck driver. We usually have our family members or our close friends watch him but lately the schedules have not been working so we really need a reliable sitter who will be on time and not cancel on us last minute.

Main responsibilities would be after a nap changes diaper, and throughout the day while he’s playing do a diaper check. He may be going number two feeding in between nap, which is super simple since he normally eat from pouches. He’s pretty independent. Try to hold him very often so he can learn things on his own.

I am switching my availability at work to be closing 2 to 10 Dad usually works from 6am to anywhere from 4pm to 7 o’clock at night. So weekends you will be off unless of course maybe we would like a date night most of the time our family is happy to watch him.
