I have been a paraprofessional in a first grade public school classroom, the lead teacher in a 2-year-old class in a private school, and a substitute babysitter for those who keep children in their homes. In addition, I have immeasurable experience working with youth of all ages in church, school, social and volunteer situations. I have always had a knack with kids, and I enjoy spending time with them. I love being a mom and grandmother. I think children are precious, funny, and worthy of affection and respect. I also believe in supporting parents in maintaining discipline (your home's rules) and receiving respect as well. Your child/youth will receive my attention first and foremost, and, if possible, I will help with very light cooking and housekeeping. If you will supply the materials, I would love to engage your child in crafts. I am loving, fun, creative, and active in teaching simple good manners and age appropriate chores. Your little ones will be rocked to the sound of my voice, and your older kids will enjoy my company.
