They desire a seasoned nanny who is committed to a longer-term journey with their family, aiming to integrate the nanny as an integral member. Both parents maintain hybrid work schedules, spending several days at home each week. The schedule entails Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with occasional flexibility as needed, including occasional evening assistance, such as once a month for a date night.
The family seeks an individual passionate about working with children, possessing a deep love and understanding of child learning and development, including reading, organizing creative art projects, and engaging in outdoor activities. Strong communication skills, a willingness to receive feedback, and collaboration with parents on childcare are essential. The ideal candidate should also be reliable, punctual, and organized.
The pay is $35+/hr gross via payroll.  The start date is flexible in June 2024, and benefits include 5 paid sick days, 2 weeks of PTO, and paid holidays.
