We have two boys aged 8 and 3! Our 8 year old is very independent. Our 3 year old was a preemie so he has some speech delays and we are currently struggling with toilet training.
I work from home (I am a clinician that does mental health counseling). I would need help Wednesdays and Thursdays with the potential for more hours.

I will currently need help Wednesdays and Thursdays 8am-4pm for our 3 year old. Our 8 year old attends school and arrives home around 2:45pm. Our 3 year old attends preschool from 12:30 to 3pm Monday-Wednesday. I would need help getting him on and off his bus during the school year and watching him when he is home.
