We are a family of four looking for a nanny for our youngest, who is 8 months. We both work from home and our toddler is in daycare.
Our ideal nanny is energetic, nurturing and creative, in tune with our baby's needs. She is thoughtful and caring, has excellent communication with us and tailors activities to his age. She is also willing to hold him and offer connection when he is having a hard time. We'd also love if she can take him to the park and the library.
