Two couples in Jackson Heights, Queens are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) nanny share for their two daughters. The daughters will be about 7 months old when the position begins. The two families live in the same co-op building. Parents have hybrid schedules and will be WFH some days. Both families have dogs. The co-op building has a community playroom that the nanny may use with the kids.
Responsibilities willinclude: changing diapers, bottle feeding and burping, age-appropriate activities and interactions with the babies, light housework incidental to childcare (ex: putting kids‘ dishes in dishwasher, emptying diaper pail, tidying toys), childcare-related errands, transporting children locally within the neighborhood.
Candidate will beexpected to consent to background check after receiving a provisional offer. This position is “on the books.” Must be authorized to work in US.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-6:00 two days a week, 9:00-5:00 three days a week. 30 minute lunch break each day.
