We recently moved back to the area and are both nurses at AGH, working three 12-hour shifts weekly, sometimes overlapping.

This makes finding daycare for our 3-year-old tough, as some weeks we need care for just one day, while other weeks require up to 4-5 days.

We need a nanny for our 3-year-old while we're at work.

Duties include but are not limited to changing, meal prep, engaging activities, learning support, and day trips.

We receive our work schedules up to 6 weeks in advance and can provide the days we'll need care for that period.
